What is a Mastermind Group?

Mastermind groups are small, peer-led groups that meet regularly to support and encourage each other’s personal and professional growth. This is not networking and hustling for business but business will naturally flow from there.

The CEO’s Mastermind is an exclusive, invite-only mastermind designed for high-calibre women in business and life. Each month, we gather over an exquisite meal to share challenges, exchange insights, and spark solutions that you can carry forward long after the evening ends.

Membership is intentionally capped at ten women per area to preserve intimacy and trust. This means every conversation matters, every voice is heard, and every member becomes part of a community rooted in growth and respect.

We live by one guiding principle: no negativity, ever. This ensures a safe, supportive environment where you can show up as yourself, seek guidance, celebrate wins, and uncover new opportunities. Within the CEO’s Mastermind, referrals and collaborations flow naturally, and what begins as business often evolves into lifelong friendship.

What is the membership cost?

For those considering joining The CEO’s Mastermind, we offer a three-month introductory membership (paid in full). This allows you to experience the group, immerse yourself in the conversations, and determine whether it’s the right fit for you. At the end of the introductory period, you may either conclude your membership or continue as a full-fee member, with payment options available upfront or monthly. Full-fee members enjoy complete access to the members’ area along with exclusive additional benefits.

Are there any other costs?

Each month you’re required to pay for your own meals or drinks. Most venues we attend allow split bills but if not, funds are to be direct debited to myself on the night with confirmation provided. A receipt for tax purposes is always provided.

How often do we meet?

We gather once a month, with all dates scheduled well in advance. Our lunch sessions run from 11:00am to 2:00pm, and our evening gatherings are held from 5:30pm to 8:00pm. We ask that all members arrive on time, prepared and ready to begin, so we can make the most of our time together

What happens if I can't attend all Masterminds?

Life and business can be unpredictable. While attendance isn’t mandatory, consistency is what drives the real transformation in a mastermind. We strongly encourage you to block out the dates in advance and treat these as a non-negotiable commitment to your growth. The more you show up, the more value you’ll receive.
